I am a graduate student of the Cosmology, Particle astrophysics and String
theory (CoPS) group at Stockholm University . My main interest in research
concerns gravitational lensing, and in particular the effect of gravitational
lensing on supernovae. Understanding the lensing effects is crucial when studying
the cosmology dependence of the redshift-distance relation of Type Ia supernovae.
This becomes particularly interesting when considering the recent indications
from supernova measurements that the expansion of the Universe is accelerating.
More on these results can be found on the
SCP (Supernova Cosmology Project) home
page or on the High-Z
SN Search Team home page .
